Hance Park Conservancy Announces the 9th Annual “Noche en Blanco”

Proceeds From this Dinner and Multicultural Performance Under the Stars to Benefit Hance Park Conservancy 

Hance Park Conservancy, in partnership with the Phoenix Parks & Recreation Department, is excited to announce the ninth annual Noche en Blanco presented by Clayco and Valley Coffee Company, an inclusive community dinner in celebration of Hance Park on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.

This is a night of elegant and culturally diverse community fun invites guests to dress in white costume cocktail attire, enjoy live entertainment, and dine under the stars on the lush east lawn of Hance Park.

Honorary Chair, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, invites guests to join the annual toast to the community and enjoy a slate of multicultural entertainment with the band Calumet and performances representing the Hance Park Conservancy Trustees, including Arizona School for the Arts, Great Arizona Puppet Theatre, The Nash, and more.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Hance Park Conservancy (“HPC”), a nonprofit organization dedicated to the sustainability and future of Hance Park. In addition to its efforts to foster strong community engagement in support of the park, HPC works in partnership with the City of Phoenix Parks & Recreation Department and Phoenix Community Alliance in a fundraising effort that will result in the realization of the Hance Park Master Plan, adopted by the City of Phoenix in 2014. 

 In the spirit of the origins of this community dinner, guests are encouraged to decorate with their own festive centerpieces and compete for “Best Table” prizes. Attendees may bring their own picnics and non-alcoholic drinks, or they can pre-order gourmet charcuterie platters from Conceptually Social Catering. Each picnic box serves 2, and includes a curated selection of cured meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers, and dessert (a vegetarian option is available). To accompany their picnic, guests can pre-order beer by locally-woman-owned Greenwood Brewery, or choose from a selection of wines presented by Action Wines. Wine and beer will be available for purchase at the event.. All pre-orders for gourmet picnic boxes and alcoholic beverages close Friday, October 11, 2024. Wine and beer will be available for purchase at the event. This event is 21+ only.
